My Yoga journey began 25 years ago when I introduced to the practice from a friend.  The timing in my life was perfect, as I began the journey of yoking the body mind and spirit.  I explored different  disciplines and practices and decided to become a certified yoga instructor. 

In my professional life I have been a Registered Nurse for almost 30 years, specializing in Cardiac ICU, ER and Cardiac Rehabilitation,  and have enjoyed integrating the holistic aspect  of yoga into the healthcare setting.   

Yoga has taken me all over the world, participating in workshops, retreats from some of the most knowledgable practitioners. In 2013 completed my 200 RYT in  San Diego, California, at Core Power Yoga.  I am certified to teach Vinyasa, Hot Power Fusion ad Yoga sculpt.

I have been teaching heated Vinyasa since 2013, at CorePower Yoga and Peace Love and Yoga in San Diego, California. My journey has also allowed me to split my time in Florida where I teach in New Smyrna Beach at ALLYOGA  and Kula Yoga.
