Fitness is my passion, and I want to help others to find that same spark.
I have been active all my life playing sports such as swimming, volleyball, badminton, gymnastics, ballet, and running.
I got into the gym during COVID for the mental health benefits and have loved the consistency, goal setting aspects, and seeing progress from my hard work ever since.
I specialize in weight lifting, toning, and muscle building. I love to help people that feel lost or confused, become confident and feel safe in the gym and their bodies!
