I believe in God. I love Him. He is one of my dearest friends. I love connection.  I love to travel. I love yoga. It has changed my life. I crave happiness and light. I love the sun. I believe in manifestation. I believe in miracles. I believe in angels. I have 3 children and a chocolate lab. Family is everything to me. I am a yoga instructor. I am the co-founder of SHINE Yoga School and host Yoga Retreats all over the world. My biggest passion is connecting with the Spirit and teaching others how to do the same.
