Debbie Moore, is a CanFitPro‑certified Personal Training Specialist and Fitness Instructor with over 15 years of dedicated experience. She brings passion and expertise to each session, specializing in Tabata, HIIT, Zumba, RPM Cycling, Dance Fit, Stretch & Strengthen, and Yoga.

As the founder of Deelight Fitness, Debbie delivers personalized in-home and studio classes of Tabata, Yoga, and Aqua Fitness classes—even using clients’ own pools—to create convenient, effective workouts that foster consistency and results.

Debbie also contributes to her local community as a fitness instructor at the Waterloo Memorial Recreation Complex, where she leads energizing Tabata and Aqua Fitness classes in a premier facility with a full swimplex and comprehensive gym amenities 

At 53, Debbie embodies the transformative power of long-term fitness. She prioritizes health, movement, and strength—believing that regular training is essential for resilience, vitality, and graceful aging. In her view, fitness truly is the fountain of youth.

A committed fitness enthusiast, Debbie has completed over 20 half-marathons, channeling her endurance and discipline into teaching and inspiring her clients. Her coaching approach emphasizes not just exercise, but building a vibrant, youthful mindset through movement and dedication.

Debbie has been happily married for more than 25 years and is the proud mother of two wonderful boys. She also brings creativity to her life as an art teacher, working in painting and sculpture. Running remains a central rhythm in her life—providing both physical challenge and mental renewal.
