I have studied and been taught Yoga for more than 30 years by some of the Yoga's revered teachers. I teach classical asana classes, as well as Yoga Nidra, Pranayama, and Meditation. Yoga Nidra is a nice class for vacationers because it requires little to no exertion and is guided so they feel curiously refreshed and very relaxed. It is a good evening practice and as far as the yogasana classes I can teach at all levels, but I would think you would want something in the middle of the experience and exertion range.
I am still very enthusiastic teaching and offer more than average insight into the practices and their benefits. People like to know the benefits I find. And they can tell when they experience a humble, but well-trained instructor.
