I have been in the fitness industry for 10 years. I am a NASM certified Personal Trainer as well as AFAA Group Fitness Instructor. I have experiences with Les Mills, U-Jam, small group training, Pilates, Beginner Yoga, kickboxing, aqua fitness, running, etc. I Love working out, I think the world is our playground and life is all about enjoying our bodies by celebrating our health in finding exercise that makes us happy. Exercises doesn't have to feel like work, its about having fun with movement, people and music! I want to share my love for fitness with everyone and I think that I have the gift and ability to help EVERYONE enjoy fitness fabulousness.
