Melanie Kraut

Melanie's career spans acting, singing and dancing where she performed coast to coast. She has worked diligently to stay connected to her body through various forms of exercise, nutrition and mindfulness. After trying pretty much every form of exercise, Melanie found Pilates and it changed her life.

 

It gave her what she was looking for: challenging exercise with a focus on biomechanics that prevents injury and informs our movement on a daily basis. The result makes her feel powerful, strong and able to navigate weak points magnified by aging.

 

Melanie is certified in mat and equipment from the Kane School in NYC. She strives to help her clients feel powerful in their bodies, encouraging safe movement and nurturing the mind-body connection. The goal is to confidently apply these healthy movement habits to anything and everything we do —from daily activities to all other forms of exercise.
