Patty Havel

I went to college for Accounting and then entered the corporate world.  I worked at the Art Institute of Chicago for 10 years in Accounts Payable until I was about to have my first daughter.  I became a stay-at-home mom and a year later I had my second daughter.  I fell in love with Cathe Friederich and Billy Blank VHS tapes to get back in shape after my babies. They have become my mentors. In fact I met Cathe last year in one of her roadtrips and had an absolute blast. I’ve met Billy Blanks 3 times. Cathe is the inspiration for my step classes and Bootcamp and Billy is the inspiration for my cardio kickboxing classes.

I now work for LAFitness as group fitness instructor since 2012.  As a result of teaching all formats I received the opportunity to become Activities Director.
