Rachael is a registered yoga teacher trained in hatha and vinyasa yoga. In addition to guiding her students through asanas (poses), Rachael's classes often include pranayama and meditative techniques. Rachael encourages her students to listen to their bodies while they challenge themselves and find their edge. Her classes provide a nice balance of strengthening and relaxation.
