Taylor Anderson

Taylor has been practicing yoga for nine years. Taylor graduated from a 200-hour teacher training in 2021 at the Sacred Paths yoga center in Costa Rica. Taylor was inspired by the power that yoga has to offer balance and strength through mind-body connection.

In addition to a 200-hour RYT, Taylor holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing degree. She feels passionately driven to provide students with a safe space and guidance to focus on mental and physical wellness by offering prevention, maintenance, and restorative yoga practices. Taylor strives to empower her students by bringing awareness to the collective wellbeing of mind, body, and soul with an emphasis on breath to pose alignment. As an instructor, Taylor hopes to assist others in realizing that the presence found on our mat can translate to presence in our lives.
