My name is Kat and I have been a group fitness instructor for 3 years. My focus is on boxing and kickboxing, and I love teaching beginners the basic skills to feel comfortable to participate in a class. I also am an amateur boxer and so can provide more advanced skills training should participants have some previous experience. I am also a boxing coach for youth aged 12-15.
I also love the creativity that teaching boot camps and circuit classes provide, and aim for a full body and cardio intense challenge during those workouts! I crave to move my body every day, and can’t wait to provide a fun and inclusive opportunity for folks to move theirs while on vacation.
