Hi, my name is Rosa Uy. I am a certified Jazzercise instructor and a personal trainer. My passion is to help people change their lives in the simplest and most realistic way possible. I believe everyone deserves the right to good health and to be happy with themselves inside and out.

Getting fit and healthy does not have to be difficult, but often times it is.

I care deeply about my clients and there is nothing more valuable to me than helping somebody go through an experience that challenges them, makes them happy, confident, and strong.
