My name is Nazlyn Hayes. I have been teaching yoga for almost 10 years. Yoga became a passion of mine through through the art of health and fitness. I developed a passion for fitness as I struggled with weight my entire childhood. This, I now know was a product of stored emotion and fear, but none the less, it pushed me towards a relationship with health and wellness. Through fitness, I was nudged into yoga. And it has been the greatest love story ever. I have found a piece of myself through my yoga practice.
I am a mother of three children. I have a supportive and loving husband. I was challenged with a lot of childhood trauma that followed me into my adult life, but through it all, I always remained fixed on my higher purpose. Joy and wellness, and sharing that journey with others. I am proud of all that I have overcome and have a beautiful life because of my resilience.
I absolutely love teaching yoga. It has become a big piece of who I am. I have a lot of experience, teaching all different ages and styles. I incorporate mental, physical, emotional, energetic and spiritual/soul based health and wellness into my flows. Yoga is a whole body practice, and that is what I share.
