I have been in the fitness industry teaching classes since 1997. I currently work for GoodLIfe fitness clubs in Mississauga as the Group Ex Manager for 6 clubs. I coordinate the group exercise programs for 6 clubs and Manange a team of 70 Instructors. I teach cycling, hi/low, pilates, and weight training classes. I love fitness and sharing it with others. I think it's a great balance to life, enjoyable and fun and want everyone to feel that way.
