I have been a fitness enthusiast since my teen years. I played Tennis, ran track and performed with the Pon Poms group in high school. In college, I taught Step aerobics and low impact aerobics. In 2020, I started offering free yoga classes in the park near my home and also created a workout called Uphill Battle that takes place at a local Ski hill in the summer. I have my own fitness business called Fitness Destination where I lead dance classes, Yoga, Lyrical Yoga (Yoga Dance Fusion) HIIT Classes and provide guidance Nutrition (also NASM Certified). I am also certified in COMMIT Dance Fitness.
