My name is Anna and I’m a 250hour certified yoga instructor. I have been practicing yoga for many years and I strongly believe in yoga’s ability to heal and improve a person’s mind-body connection. I am a psychotherapist and decided to get certified as a yoga instructor to be able to offer my clients an additional way to cope with their issues and help them learn how they can start taking care of themselves and healing on their own. I believe in a holistic approach to healing. I always recommend movement as a way to release emotions, build resilience and practice grounding and mindfulness. I’m passionate about heath and fitness and having a healthy, consistent routine.
