Lisa started practicing yoga as a young athlete to help gain flexibility and increase strength. Since then her yoga journey has become a necessary outlet for self care, taking to the mat to get out of everyday life and focusing on what her body and mind needs. After her years of training, Lisa moved into a coaching role, coaching athletes in diving, gymnastics, acrobatics and yoga. After teaching yoga for several years Lisa shifted her focus to follow her passion for aerial yoga. Lisa consistently teaches aerial yoga classes in her community that focus on safety, fun, relaxation, and empowerment.
