Krista Dennett is a Mom of 3, and a specialized fitness leader since 2010. She’s a Pelvic Floor Exercise Rehabilitation Specialist, Group Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer. Over the years Krista has attended a variety of training programs to further her skills, including CrossFit Level 1 Trainer, the Female Athlete with Antony Lo, and Hypopressives Level 1 and 2 with Trista Zinn. She also has experience teaching TRX, Bootcamps, HIIT and all forms of group strength training classes. For over 2 years, Krista worked along side pelvic floor physiotherapists as a physical therapy support worker overseeing exercise rehabilitation strategies for patients. Krista’s mission is to provide individuals with fun, effective and safe fitness classes that elevate the sweat, fun and smiles!
