Jane has been a student of yoga for nearly 25 years. Early on, she was drawn to the fact that yoga was a great compliment to her running. However, she quickly learned that yoga has so much more to offer—benefiting not only the body, but also the mind and spirit. She credits yoga to helping her stay grounded and balanced while facing the demands of work and the many challenges that life throws our way. She loves sharing her love of yoga with others--whether it be beginners or advanced students.
