Truc Chi Tieu

I am a mother of two wonderful teenagers and have been married to my loving husband since 2001.  We opened Lakeway Taekwondo in 2003 and have been working together as Taekwondo instructors for 21 years.  I have been an internationally certified Black Belt since 2002. I received my Fifth Degree in 2022.

Spring of 2023, I finally had time to do my 200 hours of yoga training after 15 years of doing the practice five/six days a week.  Immediately after I received my certification, I began to teach two Power Yoga classes per week at our studio.
