Gitisha Goel

My name is Gitisha Goel. I am a certified Pilates Instructor (mat and equipment) through Physical Mind Institute and Bodybar Pilates. I also work as a Geographical Information Specialist for a Cultural Resource firm in Atlanta.

I discovered Pilates about 9 years ago when I found out I had arthritis in my back. It was through Pilates that I learned about my core and how you need it for everything. I fell in love with the way Pilates made my body feel and wanted to share that experience with others. I am passionate about helping people discover how Pilates can transform their life and achieve their health and fitness goals.

I love to see people get stronger, flexible, improve their posture and feel much more energized after every session.

I love spending time at the ballpark with my two boys, love to travel, try different cuisines and spend quality time with my husband and boys.
