Lori is a motivated and engaging fitness Instructor with over 35 years of experience. She has dedicated her life to teaching in and outside of the classroom. She has a lifelong dedication to fitness, travel and health. Skilled and certified in group fitness, yoga, strength training, personal training and cycling. She enjoys blending various styles into her workout routines. Incorporating strength and flexibility in upbeat motivational segments. She has a strong history of creating engaging physical fitness lessons and tailoring instruction to individual student needs. Her people skills coupled with her creativity, versatility and energy, Lori is able to lead and inspire people of all ages and settings.
Lori started teaching group fitness classes at age 16 in New Jersey. Over the years she increased her repertoires and certifications in Personal Training, Step, Spin, TRX and Yoga. Lori has worked in Advertising & Marketing before becoming a Secondary History Teacher. She incorporated mindfulness, pranayama techniques, yoga and stretching into her classroom. She blended her love for travel by taking her students on international trips to Italy and Spain. Returning to Italy to earn her 200 hour Yoga Certification Training.
