Cindy Hardy

Greetings! I am a registered nurse currently working for the largest healthcare system in Georgia, Wellstar Health System.  My role is Director of Business Development and I work with all 11 of our hospitals and physicians.  I discovered yoga in 2015 and have never looked back!  I attended my first yoga teacher training in 2017 and have a passion for teaching hatha, vinyasa and yin yoga.  In 2023 I also received my certification as a prenatal yoga teacher and am currently certified for both with the yoga alliance.  I have added my resume below.

I work full time for Wellstar and teach yoga two nights a week for the City of Roswell.  I live in Roswell and it's a thriving, bustling community that loves wellness.  Each April, I teach the yoga in the park series that is outside in one of our public parks.  The series runs from April to the End of September on Saturday mornings and yoga outside is my favorite!

One of my bucket list moments was attending the Red Rocks yoga sunrise yoga class outside of Denver Colorado.  The experience of outside yoga is unmatched.

I am also an avid hiker and have hiked the Canadian Rockies in Banff.  Last year I hiked in the Italian Dolomites for a week and can't wait for my next hiking experience.  Until then, I am a member of the Atlanta Outdoor Club and attend as many hikes with them in Georgia as I can squeeze in.

I am a mom to three adult children, two additional by marriage and two toddler grandchildren.  I love my busy active life and love vacations in different locations.  I would love to combine my passion for teaching with travel!
