My specialties include Barre, Kettlebell, Pound, Bounce, and Lifted classes, which all offer unique and challenging workouts. But for me, it's not just about the physical aspects of exercise - it's also about the positive impact it has on mental well-being. That's why I infuse my classes with high energy and positive vibes, creating an atmosphere where my clients can let go and have fun while getting a great workout.
