Jodi Smith has been teaching a variety of group fitness classes since 1990, so for 35 years! She currently teaches eleven fitness classes a week at two fitness centers in Windsor, CO, United States. She teaches Les Mills Body Pump (muscle endurance training), Indoor Cycle, Water Aerobics, Step and Strength (combines cardio and weights), Tighten and Tone (yoga, weights, balls, core), and subs Silver Sneakers, Barre, and Yoga Sculpt, Yoga Flow, and Silver Savasana (gentle yoga). She also personal trains out of her home gym. She has lived in six states in the US and moved to multiple cities due her husband's career. Jodi and her husband Brent have been married since 1994 and have two daughters, one son, and a mini-Australian Labradoodle. Jodi loves all fitness class styles, as well as hiking, biking, swimming, playing tennis, golf, and pickleball. While sharing her love of fitness with others, Jodi aims to motivate and inspire participants to reach their fitness goals. She loves to travel and meet new people!
