Hello!

My name is Manal Hakim and I'm a 38-year-old living in the Washington, D.C. area. I’ve been a "gym rat" for over 20 years.  I became a Group Fitness Instructor and Certified Personal Trainer because it's what I love doing. I love teaching, leading, and inspiring others. I'm excited to combine my passion for fitness with travel and experience new adventures!
