I have been passionate for fitness for over 20+ years after struggling with being overweight. I did fitness competitions but knew I wanted to explore more and help others while making it FUN (as most don't find fitness FUN!). I started attending cycling and fitness classes regularly and thought this is a passion I love. I started teaching spin 12+ years ago, and have done spin in several different styles and atmospheres. I have a passion for fun, vibrant, but making people work in and out of their comfort zones while always pushing positivity! I have also hosted several group fitness retreats and classes in the mountains and in gym settings. I love a challenge and meeting new people with a passion for fitness or helping them on their journey.
