Hello! I have a lifetime of health, fitness and wellness. I have extensive training in all areas of fitness, yoga, guided meditation and sound healing.
Health, fitness and Yoga have been my life's passion. I live to be healthy and live to lead others towards a healthy balanced lifestyle. I have been in this industry for 4 decades and personally I couldn't live without yoga! My life's work has been dedicated to guiding individuals to be their best selves and to promote a healthy and balanced lifestyle, enjoying life at the same time.
The My personal training includes walking my dog a few miles every morning in the trails near my home, daily yoga, going to the gym 2-3 times a week for strength training and then I swim once a week.
I teach an energetic Vinyasa flow, Hatha, Sculpt & Flow, and gentle and relaxing Restorative and Yin yoga with Reiki and hands on adjustments. I lead workshops in Restorative/Yin yoga with Sound Bath, Breathwork and Guided Mediation.
i am an excellent yoga teacher in that I communicate and articulate very well to the students, so that any level of student will have a good experience in my class. I always adapt the needs of my students, prioritizing their needs first. I also always emphasize breathing techniques with movement.
I can teach both high energy flow yoga and also have the unique gift of guiding the students into complete relaxation with my calm voice.
My ambition is to inspire others at any age or any or any level that a they can invite yoga into their lives and to continue to grow my workshops and bring my community together for inclusiveness and healing.
