Amanda Tickle

Amanda is an experienced fitness instructor who has been designing and delivering a range of fitness programmes and personal training interventions for over 17 years. She is an astute, energetic and professional individual who demonstrates an innate ability to evaluate individuals’ abilities, needs, and physical conditions and is able to develop tailored training programmes to meet these specific needs. Amanda has also successfully run a fitness class business in Scotland, running weekly BarreConcept® and Broga® classes throughout a number of regions in Scotland over the last 5 years.  


Amanda holds a portfolio of fitness qualifications: Broga® (fitness Yoga) which she currently teaches within the community in her home town of Stromness in Scotland, BarreConcept®, which she has been teaching for over 6 years in the local community, PumpFX®, which she has been teaching for over 13 years through a number of fitness centres in Scotland, and Spinning® and group cycling classes, which she has been teaching for over 12 years through the local fitness centres.

Amanda is also a member of the Chartered Institute for the Management of Sport and Physical Activity (CIMSPA), a British Cycling Mountain Bike Leader, Chartered Manager (CMgr), qualified Management Coach and Mentor with the Institute of Leadership and Management, Professional Fitness Instructor Level 2 and Team/Personal Development Facilitator.

When Amanda isn't teaching Broga® and her other fitness classes, she spends her time mountain biking, running, traveling, playing the harp and enjoying the outdoors.
