Amanda Tickle

Amanda is an experienced fitness instructor who has been designing and delivering a range of fitness programmes and personal training interventions for over 18 years. 


Amanda holds a portfolio of fitness qualifications: STRONG Nation®, Broga® (fitness Yoga), BarreConcept®, PumpFX®, Mat Pilates, Spinning® and group cycling. 

Amanda is a member of the Chartered Institute for the Management of Sport and Physical Activity (CIMSPA), a British Cycling Mountain Bike Leader, a qualified Management Coach and Mentor with the Institute of Leadership and Management, and a Professional Fitness Instructor. 

When Amanda isn't teaching fitness classes she spends her time mountain biking, running, traveling, playing the harp and enjoying the outdoors.
