I am a certified RYT 200 yoga teacher who has been practicing yoga for 18 years. I specializes in teaching athletes and running retreats that incorporate hiking, skiing, and snowboarding. As a sports enthusiast who loves indoor rock climbing, hiking, and snowboarding. I found yoga helps keep me balanced, flexible, and maintain strength as I get older. I currently teach a variety of classes from hot power yoga to gentle flow so I know I will be a great teacher for what ever you are looking for. I have a bachelors of science in Graphic design and is a trained snowboard instructor. When i‘m not practicing yoga I enjoy writing and creating art.
