Caroline Lacelle

I have practiced yoga for over a decade and have found it to be a powerful way to connect with myself and others both on and off the mat. My practice style focuses on the mind-body connection, linking breath with movement and inviting students to take a curious and compassionate stance towards their practice. 

I have completed my RYT 200-hr training through Your Yoga Flow, which is accredited through Yoga Alliance and am certified in both Hatha and Vinyasa. I have taken additional training in Trauma-Informed Yoga, to enhance accessibility, inclusion, and safety for all those practicing. In addition to being a yoga teacher, I am a registered psychotherapist and regularly incorporate yoga into my work with clients seeking to improve their mental wellness. I have training in Somatic Experiencing which invites us to lean into the wisdom of the body and build trust within our system to work towards health and healing. 

I endeavour to offer students a sense of connection to themselves and one another through creative sequencing, mindful movement, and a supportive presence. My hope is students leave their mats feeling refreshed, balanced, and whole.
