Nicole VanderLinden

I'm a fitness enthusiast who grew up thinking I was "not an outdoor kid." Once I discovered the mental and physical benefits of running as an adult, I realized that every body has potential to grow stronger and that physical activity serves to benefit virtually every area of life. 

 

I currently teach yoga at Performance Health and Fitness in Iowa City, Iowa, as well as barre classes at Pure Barre in Coralville, Iowa. I'm a certified meditation and mindfulness coach, as well as a certified intuitive eating counselor and ACSM-certified personal trainer.

 

In my spare time, I enjoy running (half marathons are my favorite, though I have run one marathon), taking yoga/barre classes, cycling, hanging out with my two shelter pups, and working on finishing my novel.
