Childhood competitive athlete in swimming, basketball, volleyball, and track.  College club athletics included water polo and crew (rowing).  Long-time fitness enthusiast, swimming coach and lessons instructor, track and basketball coach.  Certified group exercise instructor teaching various modalities including cardio and strength classes, core-focused routines, as well as TRX and cycle certifications.  I've been taking fitness classes for 40 years and teaching fitness for over a year.  I teach Sunday through Monday and absolutely love each and every class along with each individual who attends.  My overall goal is to help folks find and nurture their center the internal contentment and confidence that exists in each of us, acknowledging and representing the best self - physically, mentally, and emotionally.
