I found yoga in 2016 and have been passionately practicing ever since. Wanting to deepen my knowledge of yoga and share the beauty of the practice, I received my 200 hour and 300 hour Yoga Teacher Training certification through Arizona Yoga Academy in 2021 and 2022.
I love the feeling of strength and tranquility that vibrates in me after every yoga practice and aspire to share that feeling with others.
I am constantly inspired by all the ways we can play and explore in the poses, inviting our minds and bodies to find edges we didn't know existed. I have a passion for blending asana, pranayama, and mindfulness to encourage others to practice in a way that serves their bodies best and improves overall wellness.
