Tyler Trumbo

Dr. Tyler Trumbo II is a highly experienced doctor of physical therapy who has been practicing since 2011. Throughout his career, he has worked with patients of all ages and specialties, gaining valuable knowledge and expertise. After completing his education, Dr. Trumbo spent three years working as a contract physical therapist, further expanding his skills and understanding.

During his time in Okinawa, Japan, Dr. Trumbo had the opportunity to work with elite military personnel. His role involved diagnosing, treating, and rehabilitating soldiers to ensure their readiness for combat. This experience allowed him to develop critical thinking skills and expertise in acute and chronic injury treatments.

Following his time in Okinawa, Dr. Trumbo and his wife, Melissa, relocated to Las Vegas, where Melissa pursued her residency in Orthodontics. During this period, Dr. Trumbo had the opportunity to work with professional performers from the Las Vegas strip and athletes who used Las Vegas as a location for rehabilitation during their off-season.

Since moving to Tulsa, OK in 2021 Dr. Trumbo has been growing his own concierge practice with an emphasis on helping patients improve their healthspan for optimal aging! Additionally in 2024, Dr. Trumbo started healthspanu an online health and wellness consulting business with a membership aspect that allows anyone motivated to improve his or her health by gaining the knowledge, tools and skills to do so at an affordable price! Dr. Trumbo most recently provided consultation to oralmaxillofascial surgery department at Walter Reed Medical Center in Bethesda Maryland.

Dr. Trumbo's mission is to help as many individuals as possible prevent the onset of preventable diseases by gaining the knowledge, tools, skills and motivation/discipline to do so!
