I’m Sarah Claypole at Tutum Yoga. A Mum, wife, yoga enthusiast and wine lover who realised a few years ago that yoga had massively helped me maintain a work life balance, take time out from parenting, cope with trauma and manage anxiety and depression.
In 2018 I took my passion one step further and became a yoga teacher, training in London and Spain with Sally Parkes Yoga and quickly progressed from teaching in cold village halls to gyms (much warmer) and now in our cosy candle lit cabin in the garden.
When the sun comes out (or at least when the grass isn’t wet) I offer evening yoga classes in the garden accompanied by birdsong – a truly lovely way to re-connect with nature and disconnect from the stress of work and family.
My goal in all my classes is to find the yoga poses (asana) and breathing exercises (pranayama) that will help each individual. Poses are planned and tailored to individuals and their health.
