Amanda has been practicing yoga in all its forms since 2009. She is a down-to-earth, fun and talented practitioner who teaches inspired Vinyasa and Restorative Yoga classes privately and at various clubs and studios throughout the Greater Toronto Area(GTA).With a deep interest in mindfulness, she has experienced first-hand the transformational powers of a consistent practice and is passionate about living, learning and sharing the healing power of connecting movement with breath for people from all walks of life and abilities. Amanda is deeply engaged in the study of yoga and meditation and inspires others to use their practice as a means of coming into a deeper understanding of self.
