Norma Gunningham-Kapphahn

I have been a volunteer group fitness instructor at the YMCA in Saskatoon for 5 years. I am employed with Justice Canada as a senior litigator, and while seconded to Ottawa, volunteered there at the Banks St. YMCA. I have instructed low impact, step with weights, and muscle sculpt classes. Recently, I obtained my instructor ceritificate in Iyengar Yoga. To date, my most interesting experience as a fitness instructor occurred when I lead a class at the Saskatoon YMCA for then Governor General, Adrienne Clarkson, and her security team. I enjoy all manner of sport, including: skating, inline skating, skiing, distance running, swimming, and cycling.
