Anna Allen is a registered yoga teacher (RYT-500) with Yoga Alliance.  She has been practicing yoga for over ten years, and received her first teaching certification in 2020.  Anna typically teaches an empowering vinyasa flow with a focus on body awareness to tap into your inner strength and calmness and carry these attributes into your life off the mat.  She has also been trained in yin yoga, trauma-informed yoga and meditation and mindfulness practices.  All of these elements can be incorporated into a full and energizing yoga practice accessible to all levels.
