Hello! I'm Erin, I'm 23 years old and I have a deep love for health and wellness. In 2020, amidst the craziness of the pandemic I was having anxiety and a difficulty connecting my body and mind. I found a lovely online yoga practice with Carmen Aguilar and knew instantly that I wanted to become a certified yoga instructor. The opportunity arose to complete my 200RYT in Maui, Hawaii at the Maui Yoga Shala. I learned the anatomy of the body and how to properly sequence a yoga flow in order to support and cultivate peace within our physical and mental bodies.

Upon coming home from my lovely training in Hawaii there was an opportunity to open a yoga studio in my small midwest town. With the help of the community I was able to open the doors to my own yoga studio and health bar in May of 2021! I started teaching 17 classes a week to over 50 members in my small town of 4,000 people. I've taught restorative classes, gentle yoga classes, chair yoga, vinyasa flows, and yoga workout style classes. Since then I have been able to hire other yoga instructors that I mentor and attend their classes regularly. I have led special event yoga classes such as a wine yoga, brunch yoga, and a meditative intention setting event. I have also received a 200RYT certificate from attending Adrienne Hutton's training.

In teaching yoga through the last several years I have found what I love the most about this practice is the peace and relaxation that it brings to students. The fact that they feel better physically, mentally, and emotionally. Yoga has brought me many great benefits such as reduced stress, anxiety, and an overall sense of well-being. It is a great joy to be able to bring that to others.
