I am a retired firefighter/ paramedic , have been personal trading clients for 30 + years as well as new fireidighter recruits and getting in shape for the rigorous joB. I opened my own gym and personal train 20 clients both men and women and range there fitness levels from wanting to go on stage in fitness competitions to the just wanting to live a healthy life style and learn how to train right with proper form and technique.
