I have been teaching Group Exercise for the last 4 1/2 years at my local YMCA. I teach TRX Circuits, TRX & Kettlebells, TRX for Seniors, H.I.I.T and Power Hour. I love to teach small group settings, but also enjoy the bigger groups as well. I think that it is important to make sure you are mixing things up when it comes to a workout. You want to make sure that participants are staying engaged and challenging themselves.
