Starfruit's positive energy shines throughout her shows as she grooves to her infectious dance music sets.  Starfruit was born into a musical family hailing from Saint Lucia but resides in the United States and learned to play multiple instruments as a child. She was first introduced to the turntables at a friend's house as a teen. Starfruit learned to blend songs and create stellar mixes through intense study of other DJs at nightclubs she snuck into, raves and house parties.  Her multicultural influences make her sets appeal to a wide audience and take them on a journey through time and space.

Depending on her audience, her set style is a mix of Major Lazer, Black Coffee and Kaytranada spinning a wider selection of world music genres originating in Africa, the Caribbean and Latin America. Starfruit's catalog consists of progressive and melodic house, reggae, afrobeat, amapiano, afrohouse, dancehall, moombahton, reggaeton, soca, lover's rock, kompa, kizomba, salsa, hip hop and everything in between.
