My name is Tania Veronica Hernández Guevara, and I was born in Cancun, Quintana Roo, on December 27, 1994. At 29 years old, I have cultivated a diverse background in both physiotherapy and yoga instruction.
With a degree in Physiotherapy and certification as a 200-hour Yoga Alliance Instructor, I embarked on a journey to integrate these two disciplines into my professional practice. My career began with a one-year position as a physiotherapist at the CRIT (Children's Rehabilitation Center), where I gained valuable experience in providing rehabilitation services to patients in need.
Following my tenure at the CRIT, I transitioned to Rehabicenter, a specialized physiotherapy clinic in Merida, Yucatan, where I further honed my skills over a two-year period. Here, I had the opportunity to work closely with patients, developing personalized treatment plans and witnessing firsthand the transformative power of physiotherapy.
Driven by a passion for holistic healing, I founded Casa A KA BAL, a holistic center dedicated to promoting wellness through a combination of Vinyasa Flow classes and integrated physiotherapy services. Recognizing the importance of ongoing education and growth, I pursued certification in Fisiomyoga, endorsed by the Spanish Association of Therapeutic Yoga, further enhancing my ability to provide comprehensive care to my clients.
Currently, I operate independently, providing personalized physical therapy, Vinyasa Flow classes, and Fisiomyoga sessions to clients in the comfort of their homes. My approach emphasizes the integration of physical therapy techniques with the mindfulness and healing principles of yoga, with the ultimate goal of enhancing overall well-being and promoting holistic health.
With a commitment to professionalism, expertise, and the well-being of my clients, I am dedicated to making meaningful contributions to the field of holistic wellness and physical therapy.
