A health and wellness educator, renowned
speaker, fitness coach and author, Nate
Wilkins is a powerhouse who leads from a
place of mental and physical strength.
Co-founder of Ageless Workout with his
partner, Shebah Carfagna, he teaches that
ageless is a mindset and aims to help his
clients challenge the aging process through
bespoke fitness and nutrition regimens.
Wellness is in their DNA, as he and Shebah
are wholeheartedly committed to the wellness
lifestyle they design for their clients.
Nate's steadfast commitment to wellness
helps him foster strong relationships with his
clients and lead with empathy. Decades ago,
a health scare forced him to take a closer look at his physical and mental health; this
brush with heart disease led him to start exercising, then teaching and managing
fitness programs and eventually opening his own fitness business. Today, a core focus
of Nate's is men's preventative health. He and Shebah have also recently created a
medical fitness practice, Panache Healing, with the intention of not only helping their
clients recover from injuries and illness but also come back stronger, so that they can
get back to doing the things they love—without physical restrictions or limitations.
A dynamic, resilient man in his 60s, Nate is most proud of his personal growth and
development. He describes himself as an "adaptive navigator," one who's able to turn
negatives into positives. His powerful mindset paired with his belief, "Don't let a
condition manage you; manage your condition," as well as his true dedication to his
clients create an unshakeable connection with his "Ageless Workout tribe” (AWT).
Nate holds a B.S. in Recreation Administration from Kansas State University and an
M.S. in Public Administration from the University of Kansas. He is a certified Functional
Aging Specialist, a Titleist Golf Fitness Specialist and a Stretch Zone Practitioner. He
has also earned numerous other certifications in Spin, TRX and Group Fitness.
When Nate isn't teaching an Ageless Workout, he's probably adding pieces to his art
collection, reading, listening to music or booking his next trip.
