I have been a personal Trainer For 8yrs at Goodlife Fitness In london ontario. I work 30 to 35 hrs a week and i am one of the top trainers in the club! I am also a certfied Fire Fighter, I love fitness because i was over weight in my younger years and didn't want that to be my whole life i knew i could lose weight and get in shape but i had no idea what weight training was going to do to my body it was amazing weight training put muscle on me and made me so much stronger and leaner! It made it possible for me to suceed as a Fire Fighter! I love traveling so what a great way to travel and still workout and help people! I also kickbox 5 times a week, i am trained by a UFC fighter and i hope someday to have an actual fight but not until I am 100% ready so i can also hold pads for clients and i do love to do functional training with clients if they are up for the challenge! You wont be disapointed in my training!
