Hi, I'm Kayla! I'm a fitness professional teaching yoga, barre and pilates classes! In my day to day life, I work full time as a teaching artist, primarily teaching intermediate through advanced acrobatics and middle and high school musical theatre! I also have extensive group fitness experience, as well as experience teaching movement classes to ages 2 through 99!
I am interested in the ways that moving brings us together, brings meaning to our lives, helps us to form connections and allows us to benefit holistically. I strive to teach classes that make people feel comfortable enough to be able to explore and feel good in the movement, using lighthearted humor and a silly personality.
