Laura Tremblay

I'm Laura, a yoga teacher who's deeply passionate about guiding others on their journey to inner peace and wellness. With 5 years of dedicated practice and 2 years as a certified instructor, I am beyond grateful and enthusiastic about the opportunity to share my passion in the fitness and sport industry, especially within the resort setting. I love travelling and seeing new places. I love being immersed in nature and being by the sea. I truly believe it has an incredibly positive effect on our being therefore to be able to teach yoga in a setting as such would be an absolute dream.

My interest in the fitness and sport industry stems from a deep belief in the power of physical activity and mindfulness practices like yoga to foster holistic well-being. To me, fitness and wellness are extremely important in order to live a sustainable life. With two years of teaching experience and certification, I bring a blend of personal experience, knowledge, and expertise to every class I lead. I specialise in yin, hatha, and vinyasa yoga. 

Throughout my teaching journey, I've had the pleasure of guiding individuals with diverse backgrounds. From high school students and teachers, to expectant and new mothers. I also offer corporate yoga programs and give private classes 1:1 or in groups. 

In addition to teaching, I am passionate about creating transformational experiences for women through the community I founded in Montreal, Tulua Collective. Through events, workshops, and local retreats, we provide a safe space for women to explore their physical, mental, and spiritual states to dive into their journey of self-transformation.

Outside of yoga, I enjoy staying active through activities like hiking, swimming, and exploring new places. My fluency in three languages (English, French, and Greek) allows me to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds, fostering a sense of community and inclusivity in my classes.

My fitness goals are to get my pilates certifications and incorporate yoga and pilates together in my classes to help build strength and flexibility for my students. As well as help cultivate mental resilience and inner peace through mindful movement. I am deeply honoured to have the opportunity to contribute to the wellness journey of others and am committed to serving as a guide on the path to holistic health in the fitness industry.
