Ez returned to teaching yoga in 2020 after a 3 year break as she battled breast cancer. She made her comeback during shelter in place in March to establish a community and stay connected. Ez loves to combine the yin and the yang of yoga.
Starting off dynamically (yang) to focus on strength and stamina ending with longer held poses (yin) to relax and calm the nervous system. Ez challenges her students and goes on the journey with them. Together they develop physical, mental and emotional strength.
Her love for yoga started in 2005 and became a teacher in 2010 while being a mother and a video producer.
