With a passion for yoga and fitness Christina completed her 200hr yoga teacher training with Life Power Yoga in 2022.
She has been practicing yoga regularly for the past 5 years. Christina's practice she feels not only challenges her physically but also helps her to remain grounded in mind, body and spirit. In times of stress Christina turns to her practice for steadiness and ease always learning and growing. Her hope is that her classes help others find steadiness and ease through their challenges As they grow stronger and more flexible in their own practice.
